		<description>This is a really hard topic for me... I am passionate about what I do; I am one of those non-profit guys with a passion for helping others.  I am in this position for a reason and I really think God had a hand in my changing jobs to end up here.  In addition, I keep re-reading your last paragraph, and in particular your last sentence.  I cannot help but wonder where I am with my passion, and if I can say, &quot;I am passionate about not pursuing my passions on the sidelines.&quot;  I am not sure if I am being patient, or stubborn.</description>
